  • Distressed Gold Specialty Paper: a scrap about 2" x 4"
  • Most Adored Designer Series Paper (DSP): 2 @ 2-3/4" square, 4@ 1-1/2" x 5-1/4". Pay attention to one-way designs when cutting these panels. Mix and match paper designs as desired.
The Stamps and Ink:
  • Tuxedo Black Ink Pad
  • Sending Love Bundle (includes stamp set and dies)
The Adhesives:
  • Multipurpose Liquid Glue
  • Mini Glue Dot (optional)
The Tools:
  • 1-3/4" circle punch
  • Stampin', Cut and Emboss Machine
The Instructions
  • Die cut mailbox, flag, envelope and fence post.
  • Fold the mailbox and glue down the flap on the back of the mailbox. Cut off the mailbox door.
  • Glue the square DSP pieces onto the red 3" x 6" piece. Glue the mailbox to the post and add the flag. Cut the mailbox post off at the bottom of the square.
  • Fold the envelope and glue together. A mini glue dot can be used instead of glue if preferred. A small heart can be glued to the envelope for decoration. Slip the envelope into the mailbox.
  • Stamp the "I Miss You" sentiment. Cut it out with the 1-3/4" punch. Adhere it to the small red square.
  • Adhere the rectangular panels to the card in the desired arrangement. Adhere the white panel to the card inside.
  • It is recommended to do a dry fit before glueing the next three steps. Place the red square in the lower right-hand corner of the card. Make sure that it is very close to the edge, with only a little white showing.
  • With the fold on the right, and the designs on the outside, glue the mailbox piece onto the top rectangular panel. Be careful to only glue the the part of the mailbox piece that lays on the top rectangular panel. Place it very close to the top corner, leaving only a small strip of DSP showing.
  • Adhere the other side of the mailbox square to the fourth rectangular panel. Hint: Close the "fan" and lay the card with the fourth fan panel up. It will be easy to glue it in the right place this way. Beginners might want to use glue rather than a tape runner because it is easier to make adjustments if needed.
  • Send off this special fun fold card for Valentine's Day or any other time to say, "I Miss You".
