Paper Craft magazine began World Card Making Day in 2006. They created the day in October to encourage their magazine subscribers to get ahead of the holiday season. The day was so popular that it became an annual event for card makers all across the globe. So, on the first Saturday in October get out your paper, scissors, stamps, ink and glue. Make someone happy with your homemade card.
