Carousel Horses Birthday Card
Stampin' Up! Product Used
Paper:
- Basic Black: 8-1/2" x 4-1/4", scored at 4-1/4", 4-1/4" x 1", three squares that are 1-5/8" x 1-5/8"
- Bright and Beautiful Designer Series Paper (DSP): 4" x 5-1/4"
- Tahitian Tide: three squares that are 1-1/2" x 1-1/2"
- Parakeet Party: scrap for banner
- Basic White: 5-1/4" x 4", scraps for horses
Ink and Stamps:
- Carousel Horses Bundle (Stamps and Dies)
- Momento Black Ink Pad
- Stampin' Blends: Orchid Oasis, Parakeet Party, Sweet Sorbet, Daffodil Delight
Other:
- Wink of Stella Glitter Brush
- Multipurpose Liquid Glue
- Stampin' Dimensionals
- Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems
The Instructions
- Glue striped panel to card front.
- Stamp and die cut three carousel horses on Basic White cardstock. Color them with Stampin' Blends or Stampin' Write markers. Only the part of the horse that will show on the finished card needs to be colored. Attach the head of the horse to the Tahitian Tide square with Stampin' Dimensionals. Trim off the unneeded part of the horse.
- Glue the Tahitian Tide squares to the Basic Black squares.
- Stamp and die cut the banner on Parakeet Party cardstock. Add Wink of Stella.
- Flag the ends of the Basic Black strip of cardstock.
- Add the Parakeet Party banner to the Basic Black banner with Stampin' Dimensionals. Adhere to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Stick on three Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems.
