The Papers:

Misty Moonlight: 8-1/2 x 5-1/2, scored at 4-1/4"
Night of Navy: 5-3/8" x 4-1/8"
Fresh Fresia: the second largest circle and a banner cut from the Stylish Shapes dies
Flight and Airy Designer Series paper (DSP): Start with a 5" x 3-3/4" piece of paper for the background. Cut 1" off the side. Then cut 1" off of that piece. Now cut 1" off the bottom of the big rectangle. This should result in four pieces - 1" x 1", 1" x 2-3/4", 1" x 4" and 2-3/4" x 4"
Flight and Airy DSP: a cut out bird and branch.
Lost Lagoon: scrap
Soft Sea Foam: scrap
Basic White: 4" x 5-1/4" for the inside

The Instructions

Glue the four DSP background pieces onto the Night of Navy panel leaving a border around the edges and a small gap between the DSP pieces.
Adhere the Night of Navy panel to the card base.
Glue the fussy-cut bird and branch to the circle. Apply Wink of Stella to the flower buds.
Punch one set of boughs from Lost Lagoon and one set from Soft Sea Foam. Tape them to the back of the circle. Before attaching to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals, do a dry fit with the banner and the circle assembly. Adjust as needed.
Stamp the banner with a greeting.
Attach both the circle assembly and the banner with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Add a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Here is an alternate card that uses blending brushes (#153611) to color the shapes. The Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder (#162927) and Stampin' Brayer (#162936) are used to create the sentiment.
