 Greatest Adventure Christmas Card

Stampin' Up! Supplies

Paper:

  • Lost Lagoon: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
  • Pretty Peacock: 4-1/8" x 5-3/8"
  • Basic White: 5-1/4" x 4", 3-1/2" x 3-1/2", scrap
  • Winter Meadow Designer Series Paper: 4" x 5-1/4", cut with largest Perennial Postage Die
  • Silver Foil 12" x 12" sheets: scrap
Ink, Stamps and Dies:
  • Greatest Adventure Stamp Set
  • Reindeer Fun Bundle (includes dies and stamps)
  • Stylish Shapes Dies
  • Perennial Postage Dies
  • Pretty Peacock Ink Pad
Other:
  • Adhesive-backed Sparkle Gems
  • Gold and Silver 1/8" Trim Combo Pack
  • Multipurpose Liquid Glue
  • Stampin' Dimensionals
  • Mini Glue Dots
  • Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine
Instructions
  • Die cut the largest circle and the largest banner from Basic White Cardstock.
  • Die cut Designer Series Paper panel with the largest Perennial Postage die. Die cut the bells from a scrap of Silver Foil
  • Stamp the train image onto the circle. It won't all fit on the circle. That is okay. It is a good idea to practice with the stamp a few times. Stamp "Merry Christmas" from the Reindeer Fun Stamp Set on the middle of the banner.
  • Wrap two pieces of the silver ribbon around the double panel. Attach to the back with tape.
  • Adhere the double panel to the card front.
  • Attach the train circle to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Attach the banner to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Tie a small piece of ribbon through the top of the bell. Split the ends with a scissors and fray them.
  • Use a mini-glue dot to attach the bell. Attach a gem to the train light.
  • The inside of the card can be written with ideas from The Polar Express such as "Believe", "The Bell Still Rings for Those Who Truly Believe" or "All Aboard for the North Pole".
Alternative Card


This alternative card uses Blueberry Bushel Cardstock (#146968), Misty Moonlight Cardstock (#153081), and Blueberry Bushel ink (#147138).

Winterly Tree Tops

 Winterly Tree Tops

Stampin' Up! Supplies

Paper:

  • Basic White Thick: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4": scrap
  • Coastal Cabana: 5-1/8" x 3-7/8", 5" x 3/4", 3 @ 3-1/8" x 1-1/8", scrap
  • Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper: 5" x 3-3/4", 3@ 3" x 1" (if there is a pattern to it, keep the pattern in order)
Inks, Stamps and Dies:
  • Multipurpose Liquid Glue
  • Stampin' Dimensionals
  • Earth Tones Shimmer Gems
  • Wink of Stella Glitter Brush
  • Paper Snips
Instructions
  • Fussy cut three small birds from the Designer Series Paper (DSP).
  • Glue the tree bark panel to the Coastal Cabana panel. Attach to the card front. Glue the 5-1/8" strip across the center of the card.
  • Glue the DSP strips to the Coastal Cabana strips. Attach to the front of the card evenly using Stampin' Dimensionals. 
  • Glue the birds to the strips.
  • To make the sentiment piece, die cut two - one in Basic White and one in Coastal Cabana. Use the edge from the Coastal Cabana die cut and the center from the Basic White die cut. Stamp the center of the Basic White die cut with the sentiment. Tape the two colored pieces together on the back. Glue the completed sentiment to the card.
  • Attach three Earth Tone Shimmer Gems.
  • Brush the berries with Wink of Stella for a little sparkle.

Humble Home Thank You Card

 Humble Home Thank You Card

Stampin' Up! Supplies

The Paper:

  • 2024-26 In-Color 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper: 4" x 5-1/4", scrap
  • Basic White Thick: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"; strip 1/2" x 5-1/4", scrap
  • Basic Black - scrap
  • Summer Splash - scrap
Ink, Stamps and Dies:
  • Humble Home Bundle (stamp set and punch)
  • Tuxedo Momento Black Ink Pad
  • Versa Mark Ink Pad
  • WOW Embossing Powder Basics
 Tools:
  • Paper Snips
  • Heat Tool
Other:
  • Multipurpose Liquid Glue
  • Stampin' Dimensionals
  • Mini Glue Dots
  • 2024-26 In-Color Shimmer Gems
  • Bakers Twine Essentials Pack
Instructions
  • Adhere Designer Paper panel to the card front
  • Punch two black houses and one house from a contrasting color of DSP. 
  • To decorate the first black house, stamp "Thank You" on a white scrap and fussy cut it out. Add it with glue. Tie a small bow and attach it with a mini glue dot that has been cut in half. Cut it in half before removing it from it's backing. Add one gem that matches the background color.
  • To decorate the second black house, stamp it with Versa Mark ink and heat emboss it with white embossing powder. Alternately, the paper can be heat embossed and then punched out.
  • To decorate the third house, stamp the roof with black ink. Stamp the window and doors on a white scrap. Cut them out and add them to the front of the house. Stamp the wreath on plain cardstock that matches the background Designer paper. Glue the wreath onto the house.
  • Stamp the white strip. Adhere it toward the bottom of the card.
  • Glue the embossed house and the Designer Paper house to the card front. Add the "Thank You" house with Stampin' Dimensionals.
