Textured Notes Stampin' Up! Card

Stampin' Up! Supplies

Paper:

Basic Black: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4", 3" x 4-1/4"
Basic White: 4" x 5-1/4" (inside)
Peach Pie: 4" x 5-1/4", 1/2" x 3-1/2"
Daffodil Delight: scrap
Botanical Textures Designer Series Paper (DSP) 3-1/2" x 3-1/2", leaves fussy cut from paper

Stamps, Ink and Dies:

Tuxedo Black Momento Ink Pad
Stampin' Blends: Daffodil Delight, Peach Pie
Blending Brushes

Other:

Wink of Stella
Tiny Bee Trinkets
Stampin' Dimensionals
Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Paper Snips

Instructions

Glue Peach Pie panel to card front.
Color the white leaves on the back side of the DSP with Peach Pie Stampin' Blends. The Stampin' Blends will bleed through the paper leaving perfect additional color to the front side of the paper.
Cut The DSP into strips that are 1-1/4", 1", 3/4" and 1/2". Glue them to the Basic Black piece, evenly spacing them. The top and bottom edges will be taller than the Basic Black paper.
Center the double panel on the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Stamp and fussy cut the woven circle onto a scrap of Daffodil Delight cardstock.
Color the white leaves on the leaf sprig that is cut from the Designer Series Paper. Use Daffodil Delight and Peach Pie Stampin' Blends. Add some Wink of Stella.
Stamp a sentiment on the Peach Pie strip of cardstock.
Add the woven circle using Stampin' Dimensionals. Add the leaf sprig. Use Stampin' Dimensionals under the leaves and glue under the stem.
Glue the sentiment onto the circle. Use a Stampin' Dimensional on the right where it does not lie on the circle.
Add three Tiny Bee Trinkets.

This alternate card is different in the following ways:

The background of the DSP is colored using blending brushes (#153611) and Peach Pie classic ink pad (#163810).
The leaves on the DSP are colored with Peach Pie Stampin' Blends.
A smaller leaf is used.
A 1/4" wide strip of Basic Black is behind the sentiment strip.
Drusy embellishments are used (#164223)
The card is from Peach Pie cardstock with a Basic Black mat and 3" x 4-1/4" Peach Pie mat.

Peek a Boo Forest Triple Diamond Step Card

Basic Black: 5-1/2" x 9-1/4", scored at 1", 2", 3-1/2", 5" and 7-1/8"
Basic Black Squares: 2-7/8" square, 2-5/8" square, 2-3/8" square
Basic White: 5-3/8" x 2", scraps
Basic White Squares: 2-3/4" square, 2-1/2" square, 2-1/4" square
Country Woods Designer Series Paper (DSP): 5-3/8" x 2", 5-3/8" x 1-3/8", 5-3/8" x 7/8"
Granny Apple Green: 4 @ 5-3/8" x 1"

Stamps, Ink and Dies:

Peek a Boo Forest stamp and die bundle
Stampin' Blends: Gray Granite, Smoky Slate, Crumb Cake and Pecan Pie

Other:

Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Blending Brushes
Bone Folder

Instructions

Fold the Basic Black piece accordion style (some may call this mountain/valley style). Burnish the folds well.
When placing the folded cardstock on the table, the largest "mountain" goes in the back. Glue the DSP to the front-facing sides of the corresponding Basic Black sections.
Die cut the Granny Apple Green strips in half with the grass die. Glue the grass along the bottoms of the DSP. To make them go all the way across, cut a piece from the fourth grass strip.
Stamp the tree trunks onto the white squares. Be sure to orient the squares as diamonds when stamping. Use both trunk stamps so that the trunk fills the diamond from top to bottom. Color the tree trunks using Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends. Lightly color the background with Crumb Cake ink using Blending Brushes.
Die cut only the hole from the tree trunks. Do not cut the whole tree out.
Stamp the animals on Basic White scraps. Leave extra space between the animals to accommodate the dies. Color and die cut the animals.
Put one animal into each tree trunk hole. Then, glue these to the black diamonds.
Start with the largest diamond. Glue it to the tallest "mountain", centering it on the card. The points of the diamond line up with the edge of the paper. Only put glue on the bottom of the diamond.
Next glue the middle-sized diamond to the medium "mountain" centering it over the large diamond. Only the very bottom of the diamond needs glue.
Do the same thing with the small diamond.
Decorate the Basic White rectangle with a sentiment and glue it to the back of the card.

Storybook Moments Designer Series Paper: the Calypso Coral frame panel and squirrel
Basic White Cardstock: 4" x 5-1/4"

Ink, Dies and Stamps:

Old Olive classic ink pad
Layers of Beauty Stamp Set (sentiment)

Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Stampin' Dimensionals
Mini Glue Dots
Bakers Twine Essentials Pack

Instructions

Adhere the Woven Textures panel to the card front at an angle. Corners of the Woven Textures panel will hang over the edges. Trim those edges off.
Cut the frame out from the panel. Use Stampin' Dimensionals to attach it to the card front at an angle.
Glue the swinging squirrel to the frame. Also glue three butterflies from the precuts to the card and frame.
Stamp a sentiment to the Daffodil Delight strip of paper using Old Olive ink. Glue the Old Olive strip to the back of the Daffodil Delight strip. Attach across the bottom of the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Tie a small bow with twine. Attach it with a Mini Glue Dot.
The white panel is for the inside of the card.

Instructions

Glue Woven Textures DSP to the front of the card.
Glue Storybook Moments DSP to Cherry Cobbler panel.
Punch star from Cherry Cobbler square.
Glue character from Storybook Moments to the star.
Heat emboss a sentiment to the strip of Old Olive cardstock.
Glue Cherry Cobbler strip to the back of the Old Olive strip so that a small amount of it hangs below.
Attach the star and the sentiment strip to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Add Faux Glass Dots to the front of the card.
