Stampin' Up Supplies Used
Papers Used:
- Basic Black - 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4", 2-3/4" x 4-3/4"
- Daffodil Delight - 2-1/2" x 1", scrap
- Sweet Sorbet - scrap
- Vellum Cardstock - scrap
- Basic White - 4" x 5-1/4"
- Bee Mine Designer Series Paper (DSP) - 4" x 5-1/4", 2-1/2" x 3-1/2"
Stamps and Inks Used:
- Bee My Valentine Bundle - bundle includes Bee My Valentine Stamp Set and the Bee Builder Punch
- Momento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad
Adhesives Used:
- Multipurpose Liquid Glue
- Stampin' Dimensionals
- Mini Glue Dots
Other Supplies Used:
- Sweet Sorbet 1/4" Bordered Ribbon
- Wink of Stella Glitter Brush
The Instructions
- Adhere large piece of DSP to the card base.
- Stamp Daffodil Delight piece with sentiment and bee hive stamp.
- Glue Daffodil Delight piece and other DSP to smaller black piece.
- Center the black piece on the card and attach with dimensisonals.
- Punch the bee's body out of Daffodil Delight paper. Punch the wings and antennae out of vellum cardstock. The antennae will stamp on the small heart and the wings will stamp on the large heart. Use black ink. Give it a few moments to dry before handling it. Stamp the bee's body with black ink.
- Assemble the bee. Be careful not use glue or dimensionals where it will show through the vellum. Attach the bee to the card with dimensionals.
- Punch a small heart from Sweet Sorbet. Glue it to the card. Add Wink of Stella.
- Tie a bow with the Sweet Sorbet ribbon and add it to the card front with a mini glue dot.
