Beary Christmas and the Three Bears
(no die cutting machine required)
Stampin' Up! Supplies Used
The Papers:
- Night of Navy: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" scored at 4-1/4"
- Balmy Blue: 4" x 5-1/4"
- Very Vanilla: 1/4" x 5-1/4", scraps
- Basic White: 4" x 5-1/4" and scraps for bears
- Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper (DSP)
The Stamps and Inks:
- Beary Cute Stamp Set and Punch
- Misty Moonlight Ink Pad
- Momento Black Ink Pad
- Real Red Ink Pad
- Old Olive or Mossy Meadow Ink Pad
- Balmy Blue Ink Pad (optional)
The Adhesives:
- Multipurpose Liquid Glue
- Stampin' Dimensionals
Other:
- Sharp scissors
The Instructions
- Stamp the three trees from the three different colors of DSP. Cut out.
- Stamp each of the three bears in on Basic White paper. Cut out with scissors or punch out.
- Stamp two scarves, one in Real Red and one in Misty Moonlight. Stamp a hat in Old Olive or Mossy Meadow. Cut out.
- The green tree and punched out bear get glued down first. The red tree, blue tree and baby bear are adhered with dimensionals. The third bear is attached with a combination of dimensionals and glue. The bear's butt is cut off with scissors. It is easier to make this cut before it is glued down. Notice how the bears' scarves and hats match the trees they are placed near.
- Glue the Very Vanilla strip near the top of the card and Stamp Merry Christmas.
- If desired, add a few small snowflakes in Balmy Blue.
- Glue the Balmy Blue panel to the Night of Navy card front. Stamp the Basic White panel as desired and glue to the inside of the card.
